Montblanc 214

The 21x-series of pens was made by Montblanc in Copenhagen from approximately 1955 to 1959. There were three pens in the series: the 212, 214, and 216 with the last number indicating the size of the nib. They were available in black and coral red (a popular colour here in Denmark)

The 21x series replaced the 20x series of pens which were made from 1950 to 1954. The photo below shows a 214 (closest) next to a 204 for comparison.

The two most obvious differences in the pens are the stepped barrel on the 204 and the overhang of the clip on the 214, as can be seen in the two photos.
