American Pen, Perfecto nib

This pen was purchased in Sweden, and has a steel nib labeled “Perfecto M” . Perfecto was a German brand that exported pens to Sweden after the war. However, the pen has “Made in USA” stamped on the filler lever.

There is a white dot on the clip above the clip, but I do not think that this is a Sheaffer. There is a significant dent in the cap band, as can be seen in the photo below.
