Parker Arrow

Parker has made three different models of fountain pen named the “Arrow”; this is the last of the three, from the early 1980s. This is the variant of the Arrow in 12 carat rolled gold, and was made in France. Although it accepts the Parker cartridges, it includes a squeeze-filler converter for use with bottled inks.

The Arrow can easily be confused with the Parker 95 on first glance, however, there are some small differences that set them apart. One is the slightly different clip design – the 95 has a longer shaft and shorter fletching. The second is the tassie at the top of the cap, which on the 95 is circular and on the Arrow is more rectangular in design, with rounded ends.

For more information about the Arrow, and its relationship with the financial success of the Parker company, see this page.
